Scientific Background

Testagen is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Lys-Glu-Asp-Gly) originally isolated from anterior pituitary extracts. It belongs to the family of short bioregulatory peptides that act on gene expression to modulate endocrine function — particularly the pituitary–thyroid and pituitary–gonadal axes. Its ultra-short structure allows it to exert effects at very low microgram doses. Animal models show it can normalize thyroid hormone levels in pituitary-deficient subjects and modulate male reproductive hormone activity.
