Scientific Background
CJC-1295 No DAC (also known as Mod GRF 1-29) is a modified synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) with amino acid substitutions that improve resistance to enzymatic degradation.
It activates pituitary GHRH receptors to trigger natural, pulsed growth hormone releases with a brief duration of approximately 30 minutes — preserving the physiological pulse pattern. Studies show it raises GH levels 2–10x and IGF-1 by 1.5–3x, sustaining IGF-1 elevations for several days.
As an investigational compound, CJC-1295 No DAC is provided strictly for research purposes into GH-axis dynamics, IGF-1 elevation, body composition, and restoration processes.
Intended Research Use
- Growth hormone pulse amplification and GH-axis dynamics
- IGF-1 elevation and anabolic signaling research
- Body composition and lean tissue studies
- Metabolic support and energy pathway investigation
- Recovery and protein synthesis research
